A Focus On Life
My name is Joe Biundini, and I'm excited to be able to add value to your life by showing you ways to maximize your time management skills and become more productive in your work and personal life. I live in Miami, Florida. I'm a husband, dad, business owner, creative entrepreneur, and former US Marine. We're going to discuss how you can accomplish anything you want to manifest through actual activity.
I have long been a student of diligence and integrity. When I was in the United States Marine Corps, our motto was Semper Fidelis (Always Faithfull). Our creed includes being always faithful to your comrades and to yourself. Faithful that we will finish our tasks and give the best in anything that we do.
If there is one thing I have learned over the years, it's that being diligent and focused with our time and energy is an ever-moving target. Seasons of life change and so must how we spend our time. Our priorities and goals change, and thus, so must how we spend our time. We can never just set it and forget it.
Discover a pathway that's right for you and stop treating just the symptoms
When it comes to time management, don't think about spending your time better. Think about spending your time on the right things.
The best way to manage your time is to first have clarity about what you want to be doing. Once you know what you want to be doing, then you can determine how to spend your time.
How it works:
You’ll be asked a series of questions related to your work and life. Simply choose the responses that best fit with where you’re at today. The assessment is easy and takes about 2 minutes. After completing your TMA, you can book a 15-minute free discovery call (click here). I will look over your time management assessment and give you a personalized review of your results and how you can get clarity amidst overwhelming urgent issues of everyday life and make improvements to your focus, productivity, and time management.
Complete the Margin Assessment, especially in the area of margin that you identified as most important?
Lastly, fill out the Ownership Matrix (Page 11). You’ll start by listing out the complete “laundry list” of all your responsibilities, tasks, and activities that you have right now. Then place them into the matrix to see what new thing you can choose to automate, eliminate, or delegate.
