Ruben is a Key Principal/co-managing member of Wealthley Investment Group. He oversees the company’s acquisitions and investor relations in Los Cabos, Mexico Office. He brings to the company over 20 years of public service including former assistant of Los Cabos Mayor, Former council for the sustainability & development of the Northwest zone of Mexico.

Ruben has extensive experience in startup companies and offers his experience as a consultant to help new clients navigate the Mexican Local, State, and Federal regulations rules in order to be compliant in all aspects of the investment business.
